EQUIPMENT: Workout Mat, (1) Medium/Heavy Dumbbell
Think of this workout as a little but of Agility with a High Intensity bodyweight series, followed by a Weighted HIIT circuit! You'll see a mix of movements from line hop drills, runner hops & plank work in our bodyweight Tabata. In the weighted portion, you can expect compound movement like squat press/curls, lunge press/curls and renegade rows.
