Oh hey mini-bands 👋 Adding a little resistance to some lateral movements to get the glutes warmed up!
- Take your time putting on the bands (if you rush they tend to roll)
- You should be able to step slightly wider than hip width apart if you can take a bigger step easily… grab a heavier band.
- On that same note, if you go too heavy and feel pain in your lower back it’s not worth it. Find the right resistance!
