EQUIPMENT: (2) Heavy Weights (2) Medium/Light
This is a good one, if I do say so myself. :) Warm up, & body weight cardio with power cross overs, push ups slams and planks. Followed by a weighted HIIT set with squats, lunges birddog rows (use a bend if you got one!) and abs. Of course, an EMOM finisher with power jack, drop squats and ABS! WOWZAS, have fun!
