All the Super Set vibes in this 30 Minutes burner! We'll be working (3) Sets 3X each, one weighted + one non-weighted move. Quick transitions so be ready to work!
You can expect moves like: sumos jumps, reverse flys, plank walks, single leg hinges! We'll finish out today's workout with compound AMRAP sets (think high pulls, a little more jumping, swings & presses).
