EQUIPMENT: Workout Mat, (2) Heavy Weights, Fabric band, Long Band (light/yellow)
HIGHLIGHTS: The full body will put in work, but the weights are all focused on lower body! We'll use the long resistance band connected to heavy weight or a lower bar/couch leg ect. Be prepared to pause the video while you get it setup. Have some with the new equipment!
